Discovery Listing Disclaimer

Thrown After helps users discover publicly available events, venues, businesses, creators, and opportunities. Some listings on the platform are created from public factual information and may not be officially affiliated with the organizer unless verified or claimed.

What we import

Only factual public information: name, category, address, city, state, date, time, public phone, official website, public social link, ticket link, and a paraphrased factual summary written originally by AFTER. We do not copy descriptions, flyers, captions, logos, branding, or images owned by third parties.

Unclaimed listings

Imported listings appear as Unclaimed · Public Fact Listing until the owner, host, or organizer claims them. Every unclaimed listing shows a source attribution and an obvious way to claim, edit, report, or request removal.

Owners: claim, edit, or remove

If you are the owner or an authorized representative, you can:

• Claim to take over the listing and manage it on Thrown After.
• Request an edit to correct factual details.
• Request removal and we will remove or hide the listing promptly while we review.
• Report any listing that violates our community guidelines or your rights.

AI safety filters

Before any imported listing is published, AFTER scans for: copied wording, copyrighted images, missing source attribution, private personal information, suspicious or unsafe event details, and duplicate listings. Admin must approve every listing before it appears publicly.

Promotional flyers

Any AI-generated promotional cards use only factual fields (title, date, time, city, category) and Thrown After's own branding. We do not recreate original flyers and do not use third-party logos without permission.
