Add an event to Thrown After.

Anyone can suggest a public event. We only need the basics — name, when, where. Submissions go to moderation before they're published as unverified imported listings. Organizers can later claim and fully edit their listing.

Submissions are reviewed before publishing. Approved listings appear as Unverified Imported Listings until the organizer claims them. Thrown After is not the organizer, host, or operator of submitted events.
